Infinitrak Drive Systems

OPE transmissions using Infinitrak™ IVT technology comprise a full-toroidal single cavity variator, based on Torotrak's traction drive know-how, and an epicyclic drive stage arrangement. Together these elements form an Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) providing a seamless and refined drive from forwards, through neutral, to reverse. The epicyclic drive stage can either be in the form of an epicyclic gear train or epicyclic traction drive.
