Rob reports to the Board of Managers. He has been a central figure in the development and launch of Infinitrak's first product and heads a dedicated team of engineering and support staff, focused on the design and development of future Infinitrak™ products. He also has access to a further resource at Torotrak and MTD. Prior to taking up his appointment at Infinitrak™, Rob was employed at Torotrak. He joined the company in 1999 and by 2001 had been promoted to Chief Engineer. As a result of expanding markets he was then given overall responsibility for IVT development in agricultural, construction and commercial vehicles and, following that, was promoted to Director in 2005. Prior to Torotrak, he was employed by Massey Ferguson Tractors (part of the AGCO group) where he led vehicle test and development in the UK, including tractor transmissions and power-shift transmissions.
